We are looking for a number of customer support staff to man our forums to start with and possibly a web-based help desk later on. The job would involve watching the forums throughout the day for any issues that are posted an providing help to the customer. If its something you cant help with – for example a bug in the theme, it would have to be reported.
You should have a sound knowledge of WordPress, HTML & CSS and should be fluent in english with good business etiquette and communication skills.
